I'm resonating with the "Am I worthy?" message - for me the path of personal development has been so much about discovering how much I already have - and how much I have to give others which is often of far more value to them than any cost to me. Maybe that's a driver for the continual quest for contribution - as human beings we fundamentally need to give more than to receive? <em>HI Rhian, That is so true. Otherwise how can it be that some of the most generous people we meet have the least. I remember when I was working as a medical student in the highlands in PNG, I would be invited to share meals with people who hardly had enough to feed their own family. It made such a huge impression on me... and they are some of the loveliest, funniest and most content people i have ever met. I am sure one's fulfilment is directly proportional to the amount one gives. One other interesting thing though is that sometimes when we hope to help, we inadvertently upset the balance.
