Hmmm... Yes I can see the bogeys thing. Unfortunately however I don't have the web design skills to adjust that... perhaps I need to chat to the gals at butterfly design...... one step at a time I guess!

Wow - hello Joey - great to see you broadcasting online! I'm resonating with the "Am I worthy?" message - for me the path of personal development has been so much about discovering how much I already have - and how much I have to give others which is often of far more value to them than any cost to me. Maybe that's a driver for the continual quest for contribution - as human beings we fundamentally need to give more than to receive?

HI Rhian,
That is so true. Otherwise how can it be that some of the most generous people we meet have the least. I remember when I was working as a medical student in the highlands in PNG, I would be invited to share meals with people who hardly had enough to feed their own family. It made such a huge impression on me... and they are some of the loveliest, funniest and most content people i have ever met. I am sure one's fulfilment is directly proportional to the amount one gives.
One other interesting thing though is that sometimes when we hope to help, we inadvertently upset the balance. This is something I hope to explore over the course of the next few days and weeks as well... keep in touch,
